Cancellation Policy

We have a no tolerance policy for no-call, no-shows. If an appointment is a no-call, no-show, the full cost of the appointment will be charged to the card on file. A 24-hour grace period is given to cancel your appointment. Any cancellations after this time frame will result in a charge of half of the cost of the service.
